MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 10, 2010 <br />*APPROVAL OF INSTITUTION COMMUNITY WORK CREW <br />CONTRACT AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CANVASS The Council reviewed the 2010 Municipal Election Results which are as <br />MUNICIPAL follows: <br />ELECTION <br />RESULTS OFFICE OF THE MAYOR <br />Precinct 1 Precinct 2 Precinct 3 TOTAL <br />Bill Blesener 995 956 756 2,707 <br />Write -1n 21 38 18 77 <br />OFFICE OF COUNCIL MEMBER <br />Precinct 1 Precinct 2 Precinct 3 TOTAL <br />Shelly Boss 854 811 652 2,317 <br />John Keis 747 776 556 2,079 <br />Write -In 23 35 17 75 <br />Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010 -11 -276 CANVASSING THE 2010 <br />MUNICIPAL ELECTION RESULTS AS PRESENTED BY THE CITY <br />CLERK <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The Mayor and Council thanked the Election Judges who served the City <br />during the 2010 Elections. <br />SENIOR The City Administrator reported that Presbyterian Homes is requesting the <br />HOUSING City's approval of Refunding Bonds in the amount of $5,760,000 for the <br />REVENUE refinancing of The Mayfield and four other projects last refinanced in <br />REFUNDING 1999. This type of bonding is not a credit obligation of the City, but the <br />BONDS- City's approval is needed for tax exempt status. The City will be paid a <br />8 <br />
