There was a question on how front footage was calculated. Mr. Elfering and the <br />City Administrator provided an explanation of how front footage is calculated for <br />projects. <br />The City Administrator then asked if those present would be willing to take the <br />potential project to an improvement hearing with the Council. Those present were in <br />favor of taking the project to the next step. Fle then explained the next steps in the <br />process and said the project will likely be thrown out if the bids are higher than the <br />Engineer's estimate. <br />The Jessica Court property owners were thanked for their participation. <br />47 <br />
