RECOMMENDATION <br />The proposed building addition has been found to comply with applicable performance <br />standards of the Zoning Ordinance and the previously approved PUD. In this regard, <br />Staff recommends approval of the requested PUD Amendment subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. An assurance be made that the expanded parking lot is adequately screened <br />from abutting residences to the south. If sufficient screening is lacking, a <br />landscape plan detail shall be submitted (by the applicant) subject to City <br />approval. <br />2. All site lighting shall comply with applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />3. If proposed, new signs shall meet applicable provisions of the City's Sign <br />Ordinance and be subject to permit. <br />4.
