v tee s 12 S Wawaa <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Blesener and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />DATE: February 4, 2011 <br />RE: Community Survey <br />Given one of our top goals for 2011 is to conduct a community survey to evaluate community <br />support for tax increases and /or service reductions, we need to move on this fairly quickly if it is <br />to be of benefit for the 2012 Budget cycle. I have contacted Decision Resources, and they will <br />be submitting a proposal by Monday to do a residential survey as has been done in the past. <br />They will also include some options for a business component per the discussion at the goal <br />setting session.
