Memo <br />TO: Mayor Biesener Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Lee Elfering, City Engineer <br />DATE: February 3, 2011 <br />RE: 2011 Street Improvements Project <br />Approval of Plans Authorization for Advertising <br />As directed at the public hearings held on January 10, 2011, we have prepared plans <br />and specifications for the 2011 Street Improvements project. The following <br />improvements are included in the project: <br />Reconstruction of Dianna Lane from County Road B2 to the end <br />Full depth reclamation and paving of Payne Avenue from Labore Road to <br />County Road D and Ontario Road North from County Road D south to the end. <br />Mill and Overlay of Jessica Court from County Road C north to the end. <br />The individual improvements have all been combined into a single project to capitalize <br />on the economy of scale of a larger project. <br />As stated at the public hearing, a design review meeting will be held for the <br />reconstruction of Dianna Lane the week of February 14 to allow affected property <br />owners the opportunity to review the plans and related impacts to their property. The <br />plans are currently being reviewed by the Ramsey Washington Metro Watershed Office <br />for approval and we do not anticipate significant comments.
