MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 26, 2011 <br />PUD PERMIT <br />2905 <br />COUNTRY <br />DRIVE <br />DYNAMIC <br />CONNECTIONS <br />Blesener asked if 52 additional parking spots would be adequate <br />Eberhausen reported that a parking assessment was done and it was <br />determined that 52 spaces would be adequate. She noted the fall -back <br />position of utilizing parking adjacent to the east building. Blesener noted <br />that fill would be brought in to extend the existing parking lot. <br />Eberhausen replied that that was correct. She then described in detail the <br />modifications that were made to reduce the amount of retaining walls that <br />would be necessary. <br />Keis noted the City Engineer's recommendation relative to watermain <br />under the proposed parking lot addition. Eberhausen replied that St. Jude <br />is in agreement with the Engineer's recommendation regarding their <br />responsibility for the potential of increased costs for future watermain <br />repairs. <br />There was no one else present from the general public wishing to <br />comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by McGraw, seconded by Boss, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -1 -25 APPROVING THE AMENDMENT <br />TO PUD AGREEMENT TO ALLOW A THREE -LEVEL ADDITION <br />OF APPROXIMATELY 20,000 SQUARE FEET CONSISTING OF <br />MANUFACTURING AND OFFICE SPACE TO THE EXISTING ST. <br />JUDE PHASE I BUILDING AT ONE ST. JUDE DRIVE SUBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY <br />PLANNER, CITY ENGINEER, AND THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the application of <br />Dynamic Connections for a PUD Permit to allow for rehabilitation <br />center (home school academy for children with autism) at 2905 <br />Country Drive. Blesener noted that the City Planner recommended <br />denial of the PUD Permit, while the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval with conditions. <br />3 <br />
