MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 28, 2010 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />NUISANCE The City Administrator reviewed the Code Enforcement Officer's report <br />ABATEMENT- dated July 28, 2010 recommending nuisance abatement at 3070 <br />3070 Edgerton Street. <br />EDGERTON <br />STREET Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010-7-183 ORDERING THE ABATEMENT OF <br />NUISANCE AT 3070 EDGERTON STREET AS RECOMMENDED BY <br />CITY STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour, <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ASSESSMENT The City Clerk reviewed her report dated July 28, 2010 relative to <br />REAPPOR- the reapportion of existing assessments to properties that have had <br />TIONMENTS property identification number changes. These properties are located in <br />the area of the Rice Street /County Road B -2 improvement and the <br />property identification number changes result for rights -of -way <br />acquisitions. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010 -7 -184 APPROVING ASSESSMENT <br />REAPPORTIONMENTS FOR PROPERTIES IN THE RICE <br />STREET /COUNTY ROAD B -2 AREA AS RECOMMENDED BY CITY <br />STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CANADIAN The City Administrator reported that based on a meeting held earlier this <br />DAYS year with representatives of Canadian Days and the Little Canada <br />LIQUOR Recreation Association, he has drafted a set of rules to govern liquor sales <br />RULES at the Canadian Days Celebration. These rules address hours of sale as <br />well as control issues to ensure that sales to and consumption by <br />15 <br />
