Summary and Recommendation <br />The request to amend the zoning district allowances for this property by permitting a <br />second hand goods dealer to occupy a portion of the building at 3225 Country Drive is <br />recommended by staff for approval, based on a finding that the use is compatible with <br />the existing and allowed uses of the property in a "PUD -B" district.
