MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 12, 2025 <br />Gutierrez noted a potential conflict for herself and Kwapick for the second meeting in March which is <br />during spring break, but recognized that there would be a quorum if the other three members attended. <br />Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2025-11-173 — ADOPTING THE 2026 CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />SCHEDULE AS PRESENTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Gutierrez. <br />Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />COUNCIL REPORTS AND MEETING UPDATES <br />Kwapick stated that there will be a tour this Friday of the East Metro Public Training Facility hosted <br />by the Ramsey County League of Local Governments. He stated that the same group will be holding <br />their annual dinner and program on December 1 lth <br />Gutierrez provided an update on the Fire Relief meeting that she recently attended. <br />Mayor Fischer provided updates on the meeting that he and the City Administrator had with <br />representatives from Canadian Days to review the 2025 event and look forward to the 2026 event. He <br />also provided an update on the most recent meeting of the Regional Council of Mayors. <br />The City Administrator highlighted upcoming meetings. <br />ADJOURN REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND MOVE INTO A CLOSED SESSION <br />MEETING <br />Upon a motion by Miller, seconded by Gutierrez, the meeting was adjourned to closed session at <br />8:46 p.m. <br />CLOSED SESSION PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES 13D.05, SUBD. 3(C)(3) TO <br />REVIEW COUNTEROFFERS OF FINAL WRITTEN OFFER FOR THE LITTLE CANADA ROAD <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />T omas Fischer, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Heller, City Clerk <br />ns <br />
