MINUTES <br />Parks & Recreation Commission <br />April 7, 2011 <br />Morelan reported he received a phone call from a resident on Carla Lane concerning the <br />property at 811 Carla Lane, inquiring if the City was interested in purchasing the property <br />to use for a small city park. Morelan stated a park in this area was not part of the Park <br />Master Plan and the value of that property is too high to consider it for a park area. <br />A teacher and kids from a sixth grade class have called Morelan and have volunteered to <br />clean up the Gervais Mills Park area.
