MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 13, 2011 <br />payments constitute the full and final payment of all eligible relocation <br />expenses. <br />Keis asked if the Hostess Bakery relocated. The City Administrator <br />reported that they have consolidated at this time, but may establish an <br />additional location in the future. In exchange for the payments at this <br />time, IBC Sales is waiving reimbursement of any future costs and the <br />claim will be closed out. The Administrator reported that it would not be <br />unexpected to see relocation costs much in excess of the figures proposed <br />this evening. <br />McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -4 -75 — APPROVING THE FINAL <br />RELOCATION CLAIM AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND <br />IBC SALES CORPORATION (HOSTESS BAKERY SITE) AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO <br />EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />PAYMENT OF $12,910.48 IN MOVING COSTS AND $50,000.00 IN <br />REESTABLISHMENT COSTS WHICH WILL CLOSE OUT IBC'S <br />CLAIM IN THIS MATTER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -4 -76 — APPROVING THE ADDENDUM TO <br />MANUFACTURED HOME BUY /SELL AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY AND TIMOTHY DINNEEN (2442 RICE STREET, LOT A) <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE PAYMENT OF AN ADDITIONAL $15,000 IN REPLACEMENT <br />HOUSING EXPENSES WHICH WILL CLOSE OUT MR. <br />DINNEEN'S CLAIM IN THIS MATTER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />TOBACCO The City Administrator reviewed the City Attorney's report dated <br />LICENSING April 7, 2011 outlining proposed changes to the City's Tobacco <br />Ordinance.
