Hanson PROPOSAL: A request for approval of a Variance from the setback requirement to allow a monument sign within 6 inches of the street right -of -way. The property in question is zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD -B) District. APPLICANT & PROPERTY OWNER: Sherman Associates, Inc. 233 Park Avenue, Suite 201 Minneapolis, MN 55415 PROPERTY LOCATION: The Village 125 Little Canada Road Little Canada, MN 55117 PLANNING COMMISSION: The Little Canada Planning Commission will be reviewing this matter at its regular meeting scheduled for Thursday, May 12, 2011. The meeting begins at 7:30 p.ln. and will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. CITY COUNCIL: Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council to review this request at their regular meeting to be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as parties may be heard, in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. All persons with reference to this matter will be heard during the Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, May 12, 2011 and the City Council meeting on Wednesday, May 25, 2011.
