2. Items to be Addressed. Owner and City agree upon the following items as <br />those which must be addressed at the property: <br />a. All storage from the foyer, stairwells, hallways and landings must be <br />removed. <br />b. All kitchen counter tops must be free of clutter. <br />c. All flooring areas must be clear of storage and clutter. <br />d. All flooring and kitchen surfaces including appliances must be of a clean <br />and sanitary condition. <br />e. There must be a 3' -0" clearance in front of all doors and windows for the <br />entire width of the window. <br />f. There must be a clean and sanitary place to consume meals. <br />g. There must be no more than 20% storage in the living room. Storage is <br />limited to closets and cabinets. <br />h. The doorway from the living room into the kitchen must be clear of <br />storage. <br />i. There must be a clearance of 3' -0" around the furnace and water heater <br />and electrical panel. <br />j. All hallways must be clear of storage. <br />k. All bedrooms must contain no more that 30% storage. Storage must be <br />limited to cabinets, closets and furniture. Please see attached sheets for <br />storage requirements. <br />1. The bathroom must be free of all storage and must he fully functioning. <br />m. The dwelling must have adequate fire detection (smoke alarms) and a <br />carbon monoxide detector within 10 feet of all sleeping units (bedrooms). <br />n. Litter and debris may not be stored or allowed to accumulate on the <br />property outside the dwelling. Owner shall obtain dumpster service for <br />the disposal of items removed from the dwelling, or provide documentary <br />proof of an equivalent method of proper disposal of material removed <br />from the dwelling. <br />o. Rodent and insect infestations must be eliminated. <br />p. Water and sanitary sewer systems must be operational and comply with <br />local ordinance requirements. <br />
