With regard to the south, I -P zoned area, the applicant must do the following to comply <br />with the code: <br />'1. Remove truck parking and storage from the area of the lot that is closer to South <br />Owasso Boulevard than the rear line of the building to meet both the location <br />requirements of the ordinance and the maximum storage area requirements of a <br />maximum of 25% of the building square footage <br />2. Verify compliance with the original landscaping /screening plan. <br />3. Provide information on site lighting and refuse - handling equipment. <br />4.
