MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JUNE 9, 2011 <br />o All trucks and trailers on the site are for loading of <br />materials and not to be used for storage; <br />o Review and approval by the Fire Marshal; <br />o The property owner enter into a Development Agreement <br />with the City defining all PUD Permit conditions; <br />o The PUD Permit for building expansion to be extended for <br />a period of time to he determined by the City Council. <br />Motion seconded by Murphy. <br />Motion carried 5 to 2. Knudsen and Duray voted against. <br />TEST The City Planner noted that as the Commission is aware, the Legislature <br />AMENDMENT — change the language in State Law relative to variance approvals. The <br />VARIANCES Planner indicated that he is gathering information on the approach that <br />other cities will be taking in this matter, and has not prepared the <br />ordinance amendment for the Commission's consideration. The Planner <br />suggested that the Commission table action on this matter until its next <br />meeting, which could potentially be August if there are no planning <br />applications submitted for July. <br />ADJOURN <br />Knudsen recommended that action be tabled on the Text Amendment <br />relative to the variance standards in the Little Canada Zoning Code until <br />the next held Planning Commission meeting. <br />Motion seconded by Barraclough. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />Duray recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Hall. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:35 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Kathy Glankr <br />City Clerk <br />-7- <br />
