TENANT ESTOPPEL CERTIFICATE <br />City of Little Canada <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55 117 <br />Attention: <br />Re: Loan to Graba Properties, LL.0 <br />Dear Sir: <br />It is our understanding that you are making a mortgage loan to Graba Properties, LLC, which loan <br />is to be to be secured by a mortgage on the property owned by Graba Properties, LLC, located at 3225 <br />Country Drive, Little Canada, Minnesota 55117, legally described as: <br />Lot I, Block 1, Drywall Supply Addition, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />(the "Leased Premises ") <br />It is our understanding that in making such mortgage loan, you will rely on the statements made <br />by the undersigned in this letter. <br />Accordingly, the undersigned, as Tenant of the Leased Premises, hereby certifies to you, your <br />successors and assigns, that: <br />The undersigned leases and exclusively occupies a portion of the Leased Premises from <br />Graba Properties, LLC, as Lessor, pursuant to the following agreement (the "Lease "): <br />(a) Written /oral (circle correct option) <br />(b) Date of Agreement: <br />(c) Term of Agreement: <br />(d) Lease Commencement Date: <br />(e) Lease Termination Date: <br />(f) Security Deposit $ (If none, so state) <br />(g) Options for Extension (describe completely, if any): <br />The Lease hasn't been modified, altered or amended except as reflected in the above - <br />description.
