Application <br />materials are in order, and Liquor Liability Insurance has been applied For, but is pending <br />at this time. <br />Attached are the Canadian Days Beer Garden Policies that the Canadian Days Committee <br />will utilize in conjunction with this liquor license. <br />Staff recommends approval of the Temporary Liquor Lice se pending receipt of <br />satisfactory Liquor Liability insurance. <br />1 <br />
