MINUTES <br />AMEND PUD <br />PERMIT — <br />2900 RICE <br />STREET — <br />MARKETPLACE <br />SIGN <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />May 25, 2011 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 25th day of <br />May, 2011 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Mr. Joel R. I- Ianson <br />Mr. Trevor Oliver <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -5 -98 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE MAY 11, 2011 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE <br />MAY 11, 2011 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />Mayor Blesener noted that Mr. Bob Grootwassink has requested that the <br />Council table action on the requested PUD Permit Amendment until the <br />June 20th Council meeting when the full Council will be present. <br />Montour asked if the Marketplace tenants had reviewed the proposed sign. <br />The City Clerk indicated that Mr. McLaughlin indicated that the tenants <br />have reviewed the sign and have no problems with it. The only changes <br />he indicated may occur is that tenant name placement may change. <br />
