Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -5 -103 — APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PERMIT FOR THE CITY'S PARKS AND <br />RECREATION DEPARTMENT TO OPERATE A SEASONAL <br />FARMERS' MARKET AT 61 WEST LITTLE CANADA ROAD, <br />SAXON LANES PARKING LOT, SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH <br />THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER, CITY <br />ENGINEER, AND PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Montour announced that the Parks & Recreation Department's Farmers' <br />Market will be open on Mondays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. beginning June <br />20th through September. It will not be open on holidays, however. <br />MASSAGE The City Clerk informed the Council that Jing Hua Li has withdrawn <br />THERAPY — her applications for a Massage Therapy Business License and a Massage <br />2864 Therapist License which was proposed for 2864 Middle Street. <br />MIDDLE <br />STREET — The City Attorney reported that given the withdrawal of the applications <br />JING HUA LI by the applicant, no Council action is needed. <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010 -5 -104 - APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVING THE VOUCHERS; <br />*APPROVING 2011 LIQUOR LICENSES AS RECOMMENDED BY <br />THE CITY CLERK; <br />7 <br />
