I- Iansnn <br />As you will recall, we denied AT & T's request for a Letter of Consent to modify <br />antennas on the City's water tower. The reason for this is the size of the antennas had <br />changed somewhat, thereby giving as an option to further review the lease. Given <br />AT & T's pending acquisition of T Mobile, it was also likely we will ultimately lose the <br />T Mobile lease through the consolidation of the two companies. <br />The representative for AT & T has indicated that it would not be acceptable to them to <br />guarantee the continuation of that revenue stream, but they are willing to consider some <br />increase in the rent structure. <br />Staff is currently in conversations with their representative and may have a rate structure <br />for your consideration at Wednesday's meeting. <br />
