MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 25, 2011 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 25th day of <br />July, 2011 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Council Member Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Planner <br />Public Works Supt. <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -7 -136 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JULY 13, 2011 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />NIGHT TO Mayor Blesener proclaimed Tuesday, August 2, 2011 as Night to Unite <br />UNITE in the City of Little Canada and invited all citizens of Little Canada to join <br />the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department and the MN Crime Prevention <br />Association and AAA of MN to celebrate within their neighborhoods that <br />evening. Blesener indicated that residents can contact the Sheriff's <br />Department Crime Prevention office to register their celebration. The <br />Mayor and Council will be stopping by the variance celebrations in the <br />City that evening. <br />
