CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AND RELEASE OF DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR <br />DRYWALL SUPPLY ADDITION <br />The City of Little Canada_(the "City "), a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota <br />and Heritage Jabez LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (the "Developer ") entered into a <br />Development Contract, dated October 17, 2003, recorded in the Office of the County Recorder in <br />and for the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, as Document No. 3709527, regarding the <br />following described property, to -wit: <br />Lots 1 — 3, Block 1, Drywall Supply Addition, City of Little Canada. <br />The Development Contract contained certain covenants and obligations to be performed <br />by the Developer. The Developer has to the present date performed said covenants and <br />obligations of the development Agreement insofar as it is able in a manner deemed sufficient by <br />the City to permit the execution and recording of this certification. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, this is to certify that all building construction and other physical <br />improvements specified to be done and made by Developer under the Development Contract <br />have been completed and all of the covenants and obligations in said Development Contract have <br />been duly and fully performed by Developer therein, and that the Developer, and its heirs, <br />successors or assigns are hereby released absolutely and forever insofar as it applies to the above <br />described property, and the County Recorder in and for the County of Ramsey and State of <br />Minnesota is hereby authorized to accept for recording and to record the filing of this instrument, <br />to be a conclusive determination of the satisfactory termination of the Development Contract. <br />Dated: September _, 2011 <br />CITY: City of Little Canada <br />By <br />William R.
