MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 28, 2011 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 28th day of <br />September, 2011 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Council Member Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. I-Ianson <br />City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman <br />City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -9 -190 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE SEPTEMBER 14, 2011 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND <br />THE SEPTEMBER 14, 2011 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CANABURY Ed Harrell, Canabury Square Board of Directors, and Marge Beauvois, <br />SQUARE Canabury Square, appeared before the Council to present the City as <br />CONDOMINIUMS well as the City Administrator with certificates of appreciation for <br />assistance in the Canabury Square HIA project. Both indicated that the <br />HIA improvement project at Canabury Square would not have moved <br />forward without this assistance, and on behalf of the Board expressed their <br />sincere thanks and appreciation. <br />Blesener indicated that it was the City's pleasure to work with Canabury <br />Square on a project that improved the livability and salability of <br />
