Hanson <br />Per the discussion earlier this year, City staff is recommending that a workshop meeting <br />be called for Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at 6:00 p.m, to discuss tobacco licensing <br />specifically as regards tobacco and hookah shops. Issues that need to be addressed are as <br />follows: <br />Two Tiered Licensing System <br />General tobacco license <br />Tobacco store license <br />Tobacco Store License <br />Definition of sampling <br />Hours of operation <br />Limitation of total product display area for tobacco - related products <br />Reports on these issues /options will be requested from the Ramsey County Tobacco <br />Coalition as well as the City Attorney. 'tobacco licensees will be invited to attend. <br />
