The City Administrator also had the League <br />of Minnesota Cities review the agreement, and several changes were made based on their <br />input. <br />Maplewood City Staff also provided input to the final draft, and are recommending <br />approval to their City Council for action at their January 14`1' meeting. <br />I recommend approval of the attached JPA as well as authorization to call for bids on the <br />project following the City of Maplewood's anticipated approval on January 14`h <br />
