Silt fence has been added along the east property line, adjacent to the pond.
2. The pond outlet has been adjusted to a concrete manhole with weir wall and 4"
orifice. A trashguard has been added to the flared -end sections.
3. A revised driveway for 693 Labore Road is shown connecting to Thunder Bay
Court.
4. The typical street section has been adjusted — please see the detail on Sheet 3 of 4.
5. The 918 contour along the east side of the pond has been tied together to ensure
that storm water will flow out the EOF rather than the backside of the pond.
Utility Plan
(Please note that the preliminary utility plan is now replaced with Sheets I through 4.)
1. Catch basins have been added at the radii near the intersection of Thunder Bay
Court and Labore Road. These connect to the pond outlet pipe.
2. HydroCAD calculations have been updated (to reflect the change in the pond
outlet) for your review.
Drainage Calculations
1. Storm sewer sizing calculations are included in the drainage calculations packet.
2. The 1 0-year storm event has been adjusted to 4.2 inches of rain.
Preliminary Plat
1. A more defined swale has been provided in the drainage and utility easement.
This should allow any direct drainage placed into the easement to drain toward
the infiltration basin via the easement.
