The <br />final placement of these shrubs and trees shall be left up to the discretion of Rim <br />Lake Construction, the developer, to ensure a consistent and uniform landscape <br />appearance and effectiveness. <br />- The back infiltration area located on lot 6 will have landscaping added to help <br />assist in water control. This will be left up to the discretion of Rim Lake <br />Construction, the developer. <br />- The infiltration basin located on the east side of the development will consist of <br />shrubs and landscaping that is consistent with the shrubs and landscaping of the <br />back infiltration area which will assist with water control. <br />As noted, all trees that are salvageable during the development of Whispering Pines will <br />be saved. The final location of the landscaping will need to be determined after the <br />grading and clearing process of the development.
