MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 14, 2004 <br />I. Noise Walls — include in municipal consent requiring <br />the project include noise wall locations listed in <br />paragraph 1 and II, the deletion of the noise walls <br />proposed along Country Drive (except for the wall <br />adjacent to Quebec Apartments should there be an <br />environmental justice requirement for that wall), and <br />compliance with the 1 -694 Aesthetic Design Guidelines <br />dated August of 2002 including the allowance for <br />additional Little Canada input into noise wall design. <br />2. Freeway Lighting — include in municipal consent that <br />Little Canada have review of and input into design. <br />3. Vehicle Light Screening — include in municipal consent <br />as stated. <br />4. Little Canada Road Bridge — exclude from municipal <br />consent resolution. <br />S. Traffic Mitigation — include in municipal consent <br />resolution. <br />6. Cooperative Drainage Improvements — include in <br />municipal consent resolution. <br />7. Mn DOT Land Acquisition for Ponding — exclude from <br />municipal consent resolution. <br />3. Little Canada Road Freeway Ramps — include in <br />municipal consent resolution. <br />Additional Issue — include in municipal consent resolution a <br />request that I% of grading and surface work costs be <br />allocated for landscaping improvements as has been MN <br />DOT's past practice with review and input by Little <br />Canada in landscape design plan. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Montour, Blesener, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004 -4 -64 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE MARCH 24, 2009 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Montour, Fahey, Anderson, LaValle. <br />Nays (0).
