MINUTES CITY COUNCIL APRIL 14, 2004 I. Noise Walls — include in municipal consent requiring the project include noise wall locations listed in paragraph 1 and II, the deletion of the noise walls proposed along Country Drive (except for the wall adjacent to Quebec Apartments should there be an environmental justice requirement for that wall), and compliance with the 1 -694 Aesthetic Design Guidelines dated August of 2002 including the allowance for additional Little Canada input into noise wall design. 2. Freeway Lighting — include in municipal consent that Little Canada have review of and input into design. 3. Vehicle Light Screening — include in municipal consent as stated. 4. Little Canada Road Bridge — exclude from municipal consent resolution. S. Traffic Mitigation — include in municipal consent resolution. 6. Cooperative Drainage Improvements — include in municipal consent resolution. 7. Mn DOT Land Acquisition for Ponding — exclude from municipal consent resolution. 3. Little Canada Road Freeway Ramps — include in municipal consent resolution. Additional Issue — include in municipal consent resolution a request that I% of grading and surface work costs be allocated for landscaping improvements as has been MN DOT's past practice with review and input by Little Canada in landscape design plan. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) LaValle, Montour, Blesener, Fahey, Anderson. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2004 -4 -64 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE MARCH 24, 2009 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour.
