MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />FEBRUARY 14, 2008 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the loth day of <br />February, 2008 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair Dan Knudsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Jon I -Iall <br />Mr. Jeff Helmeke <br />Mr. Chuck Pechmann <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Ms. Kate Socha <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Kevin Helander, Cable TV <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />MINUTES Duray recommended approval of the January 10, 2008 minutes as <br />submitted. <br />Motion seconded by Pechmann. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />PUD PERMIT- Mr. Ryan Politz, R. J. Marco Construction, representing Express <br />2942 RICE Image, appeared before the Commission requesting a PUD Permit <br />STREET — to allow the expansion of the Express Image building. Politz <br />EXPRESS reported that the current building is 18,000 square feet, and the <br />IMAGE an additional 10,000 is being proposed. Express linage does commercial <br />printing and needs the additional space to accommodate an expanded print <br />area and office space. Politz reported that Express Image recently <br />purchased a new printing machine and install it in area typically utilized by <br />two employees. These employees are now being temporarily housed in the <br />lunchroom area. <br />17 <br />
