CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 815 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE, <br />KNOWN AS THE MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO THE CONTINUING REGULATION <br />OF CHARITABLE GAMBLIGN ORGANIZATIONS <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 815.0205. is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(0) All licensees and permittees in the City shall use a certified public accounting <br />tirm for an annual financial audit of its lawful gambling activities and funds aed -for -the <br />filed with the Gambling Control Board pursuant to <br />Minn.Stat.Sect.349.19. The audit must comply with the standards prescribed by the Gambling <br />Control Board and must provide for the reconciliation of the organization's gambling account or <br />accounts with the organization's reports filed under Minn.Stat.Sect.349.19, Subd. 5 and <br />Minn.Stat.Sect.349.154. The tiling of a copy of the audit submitted to the Gambling Control <br />Board pursuant to Minn.Stat.Sect.349.19 shall be sufficient to satisfy this requirement if the audit <br />complies with this Section. <br />. 4 . . <br />Section 2. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication. <br />William Blesener, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel Hanson, Administrator <br />AYES: <br />NAYS: <br />Adopted this 9th day of April, 2008. <br />3 <br />
