122 Demont, #274 <br />Abatement Agreement <br />ABATEMENT AGREEMENT <br />4/04/08 <br />THIS AGREEMENT, MADE THIS — day of April, 2008, by and between the City <br />of Little Canada, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (hereinafter referred to as the <br />"City ") and Kathleen Hamalainen, a single person, as owner of the property at 122 Dcmont, Unit <br />#274 (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner "). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, Owner is in possession of the property situated in the City of Little Canada, <br />County of Ramsey, located at 122 Demont, Unit #274, and <br />WHEREAS, Owner's property has been left in a condition that constitutes a public <br />nuisance due to building, electrical, and fire code violations, and <br />WHEREAS, on February 27, 2008, City adopted a resolution declaring the existence of a <br />public nuisance and ordering the abatement of same, with a copy of said resolution attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A, and <br />WHEREAS, Owner acknowledges existence of nuisance conditions as delineated by the <br />City and the need for the Corrective Actions detailed in the resolution attached hereto as Exhibit <br />A, and <br />WHEREAS, Owner has requested additional time to undertake said Corrective Actions <br />in compliance with the Abatement Resolution, <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City and Owner agree as follows: <br />1. City will allow owner until July 31, 2008 to complete all Corrective Actions as <br />delineated in the Abatement Resolution attached as Exhibit A. <br />2 <br />
