122 Demont, #274 <br />Abatement Agreement <br />2. Owner agrees to complete such work in accordance with all City ordinances, <br />building, fire, and electrical codes, including obtaining all necessary building and electrical <br />permits before the commencement of any work. <br />3. Owner shall also that all work to be undertaken shall comply with all by -laws, <br />declarations, and covenants of the Canabury Square Condominiums. <br />4. Owner shall not permit the occupancy of the premises in any manner whatsoever, <br />except to complete the Correction Actions. <br />5. To minimize the risk of fire hazards, Owner shall not turn on any power for Unit <br />#274 until all electrical corrective actions have been completed, inspected, and deemed code <br />compliant by the City's electrical inspector. <br />6. Owner shall meet the following progress schedule during the course of her work <br />on the Corrective Actions on or before the dates listed: <br />a. Obtain all needed permits by June 6, 2008. <br />b. Provide evidence of compliance with Canabury Square Condominiums' <br />requirements for Abatement Work by June 13, 2008. <br />c. Completion of all electrical corrections as required by the electrical inspector <br />by June 27, 2008. <br />d. Install structural support for the window headers by July 4, 2008. <br />e. Replace sheetrock, including taping, on all separation walls in accordance <br />with the Minnesota Building Code by July 24, 2008. <br />f. Install smoke alarms by July 28, 2008. <br />g. Obtain a certificate of occupancy from City's building official by July 31, <br />2008. <br />7. Owner agrees that if any deadlines identified in Provision #6 are not met, then <br />City shall be allowed to immediately proceed with all remaining Corrective Actions pursuant to <br />the Abatement Resolution attached as Exhibit A and any other building, fire, and electrical code <br />issues that are identified during the course of completing the Corrective Actions. <br />3 <br />
