MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 23, 2007 <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007 -5425 — APPROVING THE AMENDMENT <br />TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO ALLOW A <br />DISPLAY GAZEBO ON THE TEMO SUNROOM PROPERTY AT <br />2905 COUNTRY DRIVE FROM MARCH 1 THROUGH OCTOBER 31 <br />OF EACH YEAR, WITH THE GAZEBO TO BE PLACED ON THE <br />SOUTH SIDE OF TIIE BUILDING BEHIND THE FRONT OF THE <br />BUILDING <br />The foregoing resolution was seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (4) McGraw, Allan, Keis, Montour. <br />Nays (1) Blesener. Resolution declared adopted. <br />Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-5-126— APPROVING THE AMENDMENT <br />TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO ALLOW THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF ONE GARAGE /DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE <br />STRUCTURE NOT TO EXCEED 800 SQUARE FEET IN SIZE, <br />LOCATED AT THE REAR OF THE TEMO SUNROOM PROPERTY <br />AT 2905 COUNTRY DRIVE, CONTINGENT UPON THE REMOVAL <br />OF THE EXISTING TRASH ENCLOSURE STRUCTURE PRIOR TO <br />CONSTRUCTION COMMENCING ON THE NEW GARAGE, AND <br />SUBJECT TO GARAGE /DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE STRUCTURE <br />LOCATION RESULTING IN MINIMAL LOSS OF PARKING <br />SPACES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Blesener indicated that his only objection to the gazebo was that he <br />thought it should be located at the back of the property. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007 -5 -127 -JIPPROVJNG THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS; <br />*RENEWAL OF 2007 LIQUOR AND TOBACCO LICENSES AS <br />RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF; <br />13 <br />16 <br />
