MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MARCH 13, 2008 <br />Duray recommended approval of a temporary PUD Permit for the <br />outdoor storage of up to three unscreened display trailers with a sunset <br />date of October 31, 2008 at which time these trailers would have to be <br />removed from the site or stored inside. <br />Motion seconded by Barraclough. <br />Motion carried 4 — 1. Knudsen voted against. <br />Knudsen recommended denial of the PUD Permit for outdoor storage of <br />an unscreened commercial dumpster based on the recommendation of <br />the City Planner as outlined in his report dated March 6, 2008. <br />Motion seconded by Barraclough. <br />Motion carried 5 — 0. <br />Knudsen recommended approval of the PUD Permit for the outdoor <br />display of the gazebo until March 1, 2010 under the same location <br />requirements as previously imposed by the City. <br />Motion seconded by Duray. <br />Motion carried 5 — 0. <br />Mr. Knudsen recommended approval of the Comprehensive Sign Plan <br />allowing signage identifying two tenants at 2905 Country Drive subject <br />to compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner as outlined <br />in his report dated March 6, 2008. <br />Motion seconded by Duray. <br />Motion carried 5 — 0. <br />Mr. Duray recommended approval of a Text Amendment increasing the <br />maximum number of Massage Therapy Principal Business Licenses to <br />three (3). <br />Motion seconded by Knudsen. <br />Motion carried 4 — 1.
