Hanson <br />PROPOSAL: <br />The City of Little Canada is proposing an Amendment to Chapter 1006.030 of the Little Canada City Code <br />known as the Subdivision Ordinance by providing for amended regulations relating to dead -end and cul -de -sac <br />streets. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />The Little Canada Planning Commission will be reviewing this matter at a regular meeting scheduled for <br />Thursday, March 13, 2008. The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. and will be held in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council to review this request at their <br />regular meeting to he held on Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as parties may <br />be heard, in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />All persons with reference to this matter will be heard during the Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, <br />March 13, 2008 and the City Council meeting on Wednesday, March 26, 2008. <br />Sign language interpreters for hearing - impaired persons are available for public hearings upon request.
