Hanson <br />www, cl.little- canada. mn. us <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE <br />PROPOSAL: <br />The City of Little Canada is proposing an Amendment to Chapter 914 of the Little Canada City Code known as <br />the Zoning Ordinance by providing for amended regulations within the Light - Industrial (1 -1) District. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />The Little Canada Planning Commission will be reviewing this matter at a regular meeting scheduled for <br />Thursday, April 10, 2008, The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. and will be held in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council to review this request at their <br />regular meeting to be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as parties may be <br />heard, in the Council Chambers of the City Center Located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />All persons with reference to this matter will be heard during the Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, <br />April 10, 2008 and the City Council meeting on Wednesday, April 23, 2008. <br />Sign language interpreters for hearing - impaired persons are available for public hearings upon request.
