Materials to be stored. <br />2. Where the storage is in relationship to other structures, property lines and public right of <br />way. <br />3. Quantities to be stored, storage containers and handling of material. <br />4. Fire protection and detection of the stored materials. <br />5. Safety of the emergency response personnel. <br />Materials considered hazardous: <br />Physical I- Iazards <br />1. Explosive and blasting agents <br />2. Flammable and combustible liquids <br />3. Flammable solids and gases <br />4. Organic peroxide material <br />5. Oxidizer material <br />6. Pyrophoric material <br />7. Unstable (reactive) materials <br />8. Water - reactive solids and liquids <br />9. Cryogenic fluids <br />10. Combustible Fibers <br />11. Aerosols <br />Health hazards <br />1. Highly Toxic and toxic material <br />2. Corrosive material <br />I also have concerns about the aftermath of a fire such as water runoff, ground <br />contamination and exposure to adjoining properties. <br />14 <br />
