MINUTES <br />FRATTALONE <br />RECYCLING <br />OPERATION <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 10, 1999 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 10`h day of March, <br />1999 in the Council Chambers of the City Center Iocated at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />Public Works Dir. <br />Code Enforcement <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Associate Producer <br />Deputy Clerk <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Ms. Elizabeth Mursko <br />Mr. Brian Behm <br />Mr. Chad Schroeder <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99 -3 -S1 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />FEBRUARY 24, 1999 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, THE <br />FEBRUARY 24, 1999 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE <br />FEBRUARY 24, 1999 CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Frank Frattalone appeared before the Council and reported that <br />a meeting was held with the property owners in the Ryan Industrial <br />Park area regarding the Fra -Dor recycling operation. The main concerns <br />that were identified at that meeting had to do with dust control, the use of <br />the west gate, and the duration of time for continuation of the recycling <br />business. Frattalone then reviewed his February 17`" memo that addressed <br />these three concerns. <br />32 <br />
