MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 10, 1999 <br />Frattalone indicated that he would comply with whatever permitting <br />process the City had. He also indicated that it may not be necessary for <br />the trailer to remain on the site. <br />Fahey noted that the interim use ordinance will allow a specific time <br />period for the Fra -Dor business to operate. The ordinance also allows for <br />an extension of the time period upon application by the business and <br />consideration and approval by the Council. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99 -3 -52 - DIRECTING CITY STAFF TO BEGIN <br />THE FORMAL PROCESS RELATIVE TO CONTINUATION OF THE <br />FRA -DOR RECYCLING BUSINESS AS AN INTERIM USE IN AN 1-2 <br />ZONING DISTRICT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Morelan, LaValle, Fahey, Pedersen. <br />Nays (1) Scalze. Resolution declared adopted. <br />Morelan noted that staff will have to prepare an ordinance establishing the <br />license fee for the interim use. The City Administrator suggested that <br />once the Development Agreement is agreed to with regard to the use, then <br />the license fee would be established. There will be tie -ins between the <br />various documents that will be necessary. <br />VOUCHERS Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99 -3 -53 — APPROVING THE VOUCHERS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nays (0).
