MINUTES CITY COUNCIL MARCH 10, 1999 Frattalone indicated that he would comply with whatever permitting process the City had. He also indicated that it may not be necessary for the trailer to remain on the site. Fahey noted that the interim use ordinance will allow a specific time period for the Fra -Dor business to operate. The ordinance also allows for an extension of the time period upon application by the business and consideration and approval by the Council. Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 99 -3 -52 - DIRECTING CITY STAFF TO BEGIN THE FORMAL PROCESS RELATIVE TO CONTINUATION OF THE FRA -DOR RECYCLING BUSINESS AS AN INTERIM USE IN AN 1-2 ZONING DISTRICT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (4) Morelan, LaValle, Fahey, Pedersen. Nays (1) Scalze. Resolution declared adopted. Morelan noted that staff will have to prepare an ordinance establishing the license fee for the interim use. The City Administrator suggested that once the Development Agreement is agreed to with regard to the use, then the license fee would be established. There will be tie -ins between the various documents that will be necessary. VOUCHERS Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 99 -3 -53 — APPROVING THE VOUCHERS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CLOSED The City Attorney requested a closed session following the meeting SESSION — to discuss the status of the Guerin property.
