MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 27, 1999 <br />TEMPORARY <br />PERMIT FOR <br />TRAILER — <br />3137 COUNTRY <br />DRIVE — <br />FRATTALONE <br />PAVING <br />ZONING <br />CODE <br />AMENDMENT — <br />1 -2 DISTRICT <br />AND SUBJECT TO THE DEDICATION OF SIX -FOOT DRAINAGE <br />AND UTILITY EASEMENTS ON ALL LOT LINES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Chad Nelson, Frattalone Paving, appeared before the Council <br />requesting approval of a temporary permit for a period of one year so that <br />Frattalone Paving can use this trailer as temporary office space. Nelson <br />indicated that he thought the trailer would meet all building code <br />requirements. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99 -4 -92 — APPROVING A TEMPORARY PERMIT <br />ALLOWING THE USE OFA TRAILER AS OFFICE SPACE FOR <br />FRATTALONE PAVING AT 3137 COUNTRY DRIVE UNTIL APRIL <br />1, 2000 SUBJECT TO THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE TRAILER <br />MEET ALL BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS AS DETERMINED <br />BY THE CITY'S BUILDING OFFICIAL <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaVaile, Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider an amendment to the <br />Zoning Code establishing the 1 -2 General Industrial District. The <br />Planning Commission has recommended establishment of the District. <br />There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Morelan, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Morelan asked about the permitted uses proposed in the 1 -2 District <br />questioning why all permitted used in the B -W District are being rolled <br />over as permitted uses in the 1 -2 District. <br />The City Planner suggested that when the interim stockpiling/recycling <br />use comes to an end there should be other uses which are allowed in the <br />7 <br />39 <br />
