In addition to these reports, attached is email <br />correspondence from the City Attorney on the issue of "case sales" as well as a suggested <br />"Serving and Crowd Control Plan" put together by Tom Duray, owner of the <br />I- Ioggsbreath. <br />At its May 28°i meeting, the Council asked Robert Thao, Bangkok Avenue, to present a <br />detailed business plan to address the concerns that were raised by City Staff and the <br />Sheriff's Department and discussed at the meeting. Mr. Thao's plan is attached, and he <br />will be present at Wednesday's meeting to review it with the Council. <br />1 <br />
