2001.050. ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITS IN WHICH BULK STORAGE OF LIQUEFIED <br />PETROLEUM GASES IS TO BE RESTRICTED. The limits referred to in Seeeiea -20 05( &) <br />hat: _38 of the Minnesota i3tAi et-m State Fire Code and Chapter 58 of th National 1 National Fire Prote�c ic>n <br />o r tr<»a tapidards, in which bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gas is restricted, are hereby <br />established as follows: No bulk storage of such gases shall be permitted within the corporate limits <br />of the City. <br />2001.060. ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITS OF DISTRICTS IN WHICH STORAGE OF <br />EXPLOSIVES AND BLASTING AGENTS IS TO BE PROHIBITED. The limits referred to in <br />€ n- =44,- '416(b-3 Chapter 3304 of the Minnesota Lnifer-m State Fire Code and Minnesota State <br />t arz t' 29 X97 72 2991 231, in which storage of explosive and blasting agents is prohibited, are <br />hereby established as follows: No storage of explosives of blasting agents shall be permitted within <br />the corporate limits of the City. <br />2001.070. ESTABLISHMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE ROUTES FOR VEHICLES <br />TRANSPORTING EXPLOSIVES AND BLASTING AGENTS. The routes referred to in Section <br />1 -3- 302(1) Chapter 3304 of the Minnesota Uniform State Fire Code and Minne ot_a State Statute <br />299E <br />77-,99F.831 for vehicles transporting explosives and blasting agents are hereby established as <br />follows: Little Canada Road, both East and West, and Edgerton Street, both North and South. No <br />other streets or roads in the City shall qualify for carrying such materials. <br />2001.080. ESTABLISHMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE ROUTES FOR VEHICLES <br />TRANSPORTING HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS OR OTEIER DANGEROUS MATERIALS. The <br />routes for vehicles transporting hazardous chemicals or other dangerous materials are hereby <br />established as follows: Little Canada Road, both East and West, and Edgerton Street, both North and <br />South. No other streets or roads in the City shall qualify for carrying such materials. <br />2001.090, APPEALS. Whenever the Chief shall disapprove an application or refuse to grant <br />a permit applied for, or when it is claimed that the provisions of the Code do not apply or that the <br />true intent and meaning of the Code have been misconstrued or wrongly interpreted, the applicant <br />may appeal from the decision of the Chief to the City Council within thirty (30) days from the date of <br />the decision appealed. <br />2001.100. NEW MATERIALS, PROCESSES OR OCCUPANCIES WHICH MAY <br />REQUIRE PERMITS. The Chief, the City Administrator and the Building Official shall act as a <br />committee to determine and specify, after giving affected persons an opportunity to be heard, any <br />new materials, processes or occupancies, which shall require permits, in addition to those now <br />enumerated in the Code. The Chief shall post such list in a conspicuous place in his office, and <br />distribute copies thereof to interested persons. <br />2001.110.
