Three (3) bids were received from the following <br />companies: <br />Corporation Bid Amount <br />Quality Restoration Services, Inc. $ 71,359.80 <br />Lino Lakes Landscaping, Inc. $ 90,492.10 <br />Twin City Hydro Seeding $106,309.20 <br />Quality Restoration Services, Inc.'s bid appears to be in order and in compliance with the bid <br />requirements as set forth in the Contract Documents. <br />The engineer's estimate completed at the end of plan and specification preparation estimated <br />the construction cost at $82,500.00. The low bid received, based on the engineer's estimate <br />and the other bids, appears to be competitive.
