General Contractors
Commercial • Residential
3020 Centerville Road • Little Canada, MN 55117
(651) 483 -0305 (612) 720 -1043 6/1/07
Lot filling at 3010 Centerville Rd.:
As shown the property at 3020 Centerville Rd. is to the North of this lot. The
parking lot curb line elevations are shown. The North line of 3010 will be filled to
match these elevations. The West line will be filled to match the existing
elevations of the existing right of way for Centerville Road. The South will be
filled .5 feet lower that the top of the curb on Allen Street the entire length of the
south lot line.
The East line will be shaped to provide a swale area aprox. 10 feet wide as
shown in yellow that will be sloped down to the North allowing drainage to end up
flowing to the existing buried pipe located at the rear lot line of 3020 and drain
this property as it is doing at the present time. Drainage of this lot will be the
same as it is now again with any run -off being directed to the existing pipe. In the —
event a situation should arise with drainage thru the pipe, (IE plugged), water will
still flow North on the ground through the swale behind 3020 Centerville road
and it will then flow into the existing County ditch as it does now. The town
homes to the East will be protected from flooding issues as the existing berm on
the West lot line of 307 Allen Street is 1.5 to 2 feet higher than my proposed
filling elevations of my East lot line.
2
