Summary and Recommendation <br />The proposed CUP is intended to provide for an accessory storage building similar in <br />size to a single car garage. The applicant's materials show that the proposed building <br />will meet all of the standard zoning regulations. Planning staff recommends approval, <br />subject to the following stipulations: <br />1. No other detached shed will be permitted on the property. <br />2. The proposed detached garage must be painted and sided similar to the <br />principal building. <br />3.
