Such records shall also disclose the nature, type or kind of work performed upon the vehicle. • Licensee shall report to the Ramsey County Sheriff any motor vehicle showing evidence of having involved in an accident or struck by any bullet. Licensee shall give the motor number, license registration number, name, address of the owner or operator of such vehicle. • Licensee shall keep his /her premises in a neat, uncluttered condition and shall not have the accumulation of any dismantled vehicles or parts of vehicles where such material will be exposed to public view. • At the time of obtaining a license, the licensee shall submit a plan indicating the amount of off - street parking space which he /she will have on his /her premises for parking motor vehicles belonging to others, but which are in his /her possession for business reasons. The number of vehicles which he /she may have on the premises outside of his /her building at any given time shall be limited to the parking area specified. Licensee understands that the City Council shall promulgate rules and regulations for the purpose of administrating the parking of vehicles so as to prevent cgpstion, unsightliness or nuisance to the neighboring property and to the general public.
