RESOLUTION 2007 - <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STATE AID HIGHWAYS <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Little Canada that the streets <br />hereinafter described should be designated Municipal State Aid street under the <br />provisions of Minnesota law. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota, that the roads described as follows, to -wit: <br />• Minnesota Avenue from Rice Street to Viking Drive (0.05 miles) <br />• Viking Drive from Minnesota Avenue to 0.14 miles south (0.14 miles) <br />be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid <br />street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation <br />of the State of Minnesota. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of <br />Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the <br />designation of said road or portion thereof, that the same be constructed, <br />improved and maintained as Municipal State Aid streets of the City of Little <br />Canada. <br />Passed and adopted this 25th day of April 2007. <br />William Blesener, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />C: \Documents and Settings \kathy.glanzer \Local Settings \Temporary Internet Files \OLK2D \Res - 041707 -SA highways.doc <br />
