RESOLUTION 2007 - <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS <br />WHEREAS, It appears to the City Council of the City of Little Canada that the road <br />hereinafter described as a Municipal State Aid Street 108 (Viking Drive) under <br />the provisions of Minnesota Laws; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada that the road described as follows, to -wit: <br />Minnesota State Aid Street 108 (Viking Drive) <br />from Rice Street to 0.1 miles east <br />be, and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street 108 of said City <br />subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of <br />Minnesota. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Administrator is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner <br />of Transportation for his consideration. <br />Passed and adopted this 25th day of April 2007. <br />William Blesener, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel R Hanson, City Administrator <br />C: \Documents and Settings \kathy.gianzer \Local Settings \Temporary Internet Files \OLK2D \Res - 041707 - revoke MSAS (2).doc <br />
