Our services will be provided in the manner described in this Proposal subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Articles 1 through 7 of the attached "General Provisions of Architect- Engineer Agreement" dated October 1993. Hereinafter, the City of Little Canada is referred to as the OWNER. I. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY TKDA Based on TKDA'S understanding of the Project, we propose to provide the following services: A. PART 1 - GENERAL SURVEY AND REPORT 1. Conduct a survey of the OWNER'S water distribution system to identify the presence and location of leaks, utilizing Fluid Conservation System Corporation's leak detection equipment. The entire distribution system shall be surveyed which includes approximately 540 hydrants. 2. Prepare and submit to the OWNER a letter -report summarizing the results of the survey. The report will include any specific leak locations, if any, identified in SECTION I.B. B. PART 2 - SPECIFIC LEAK LOCATIONS If authorized by the OWNER, utilize correlator equipment to obtain specific locations of leaks within the system.
