DISCLAIMER <br />The Leak Noise Correlator locates teaks in buried water pipes by utilizing the noise levels and <br />frequency produced from water leaks. As field conditions regarding the location, size, and <br />material of the watermain cannot necessarily be determined with accuracy, TKDA cannot <br />guarantee the location of the leaks. Rather, the instrument should be viewed as another tool <br />which is available to assist the water operator in locating water leaks. <br />VI. CONTRACTUAL INTENT <br />We thank you for the opportunity to submit this Proposal and are willing that this letter and <br />attachments constitute a contract between us upon its signature by an authorized official of the <br />City of Little Canada and the retum of a signed copy to us. <br />This Proposal will be open for acceptance for 60 days, unless the provisions hereof are changed <br />by us in writing in advance. <br />Si ely, <br />William E.
